It is not very well know. Nor do I advertise it much. But I sell some things. The new VS2 and VS3 markers from Kingman and the Phantom markers from CCI. Go check out the prices. They are not the lowest. But I assure you that all funds left over (which is not much) goes right to the expenses of the upkeep of the site. Helps my out of my pocket expenses for the site.

Hello friends! Good to see you visiting. No, i am not dead. I was just pre-occupied. After 10-months of searching for a job after being layed off, was consuming my time. But, I landed one. Not the best job. but satisfying. Well, enough about me.
I have Bubbles! Yes, make the marker unique with a bubble. If in some way my site was helpful to you, then your marker is deserving or a bubble.
It is not very well know. Nor do I advertise it much. But I sell some things. The new VS2 and VS3 markers from Kingman and the Phantom markers from CCI. Go check out the prices. They are not the lowest. But i assure you that all funds left over (which is not much) goes right to the expenses out of my pocket and the continuation of my site here.
Speaking of the VS markers from Kingman, I have added, and will continue to add, to this section located under the Spyder Pages. From upgrades to general maintenance of the marker. And, for prospective buyers, a review is located in the review section of same page so that you can see what is involved with investing and a little about the marker.

I guess two things to mention today. First, I believe that I got all the picture directories rebuilt. Not sure, though. If there is a pic missing, please email me so that I can fix it. Am also seeing a few pages are formating goofy on screen. Will correct them as well.
The other news item is that bubbles are now available for purchase! I am sorry for those waiting, i am about 9 months behind on when I said I would get them in. Visit here for more information on not only getting a bubble, but also helping with the maintenance of this site - Help with Bubbles!

Good day all. I have recieved many emails reguarding the lack of pictures on the site. Yes I am aware of this. Seems that I was too dependant on a sale of an item and because the check bounced and the lack of communication of the other person that recieved, in my viewpoint, a free Eclipse E-Frame for an AutoCocker, I was unable to pay for another year of hosting. You could say it was more my fault for sending the item out before allowing the check to clear. Let this be a lesson for you people that are doing private transactions.... use a third party. In any case, because I was not able to get ahead of the payment for the site to keep it up, they had shut me down last week. Was able to get it back up. However, the server has lost all pictures. So, as you look through my site and the links to the pictures are missing, now you know why. Thank you to those that have relayed there support.
One good thing though, before I knew I was cheated, I had purchased some more of the bubbles. If you missed out on the last time to get some, here is your chance. I should be getting them soon. So, if you want one, two, or more, save up. Same price as last time. $5.00 each up to 3 bubbles. If you want more than 3, then you will need to email me with the quantity that you want for a price break. The price includes postage. And ALL money that is left over after postage and payment of the bubble, it will go into the upkeep of the site.

Good day all. Yes, a very very long time since an update. Sorry. Really, not much added. Just one article for those that like to crunch numbers. Just how fast can a vertical feed marker feed? Find out here!
I do have a few articles in the works to help you play the game better. Be patient. Right now, seems that life as put a twist on my path. Currently looking for a new job. Sure, plenty of time to update the site. Then again, a free information site can't put food on my table. Until then, enjoy. And play Safe!
October 13, 2005
Good day all. Seems that at the same time Kingman.com website was down, somebody decided to hack into my site and delete everything. If anybody has any information on who did this, please let me know. Thank you in advance.
August 23, 2005
I added the Kingman Hammer section here. Nothing too fancy. I wanted to cover both the Hammer and Hammer 2 that Kingman had produced.
Would like to extend a big thank you to all those that had contributed to my site by purchasing the Otter Bubbles. As of now, I have none left. However, look for them in the near future.
Well, that is about it for updates. It has been some time since I did update the site. Don't worry, i am still working on a few articles and tying up some loose ends on missing links.
April 29, 2005
I added tactics for speedball. These are simply my observations and personal experience that I hope will improve your game.
April 26, 2005
Where to start. I updated the Project - LP article. Tested quite a few items for possible consideration to converting to LP. AKA Sidewinder, WGP Ergo regulator, New Designz valve, IPS Nightstriker, Kingman ACS bolt, and the Shocktech Superfly bolt.
If you had not yet noticed, I added a review to the IPS Nightstriker.
As of today, I still have Otter Bubblesleft. Get them while you can!!
For those that have the Boo-Yaah ELCD and the Mako Storm, you may have a hard time getting it serviced as both companies were short lived. I had a fan of my site email me with a place that had done servicing on his Mako Storm. See the address in the ELCD/Storm Reviewpage.
Another fan of the site brought a modification that one can do to help feed the paintballs faster. Called Spyder suction. I have tried it. However, it is not very consistant. Once I try a few things, I may make an article.
I have gotten a few emails asking for the finished pics of my Spyda-mator marker. The reason that I do not, I am in need of a new digital camera. My other one died.
Uploaded a new article for the pump/stock class player. Find it here. Have also added a how to article to help keep you from loosing those green caps on those stock class tubes here
February 22, 2005
Not much added. Added some pics to the Spyda-mator conversion article.
There has been rumors of me selling the site. Still wondering? Well, I did consider it. But i am keeping it. Thanks to your donations to the site and many words of encouragement, I am going to continue a banner free site that provide you information for the new player.
Want to help support my site, but want even more from me? Visit this 2nd link for a second way that you can help my site and get a thank you from me.
December 3, 2004
Not much added. Just expanded the Spyda-mator conversion article. Tried to make clear some of the technical aspects of doing the conversion. Also added the ESP usage thanks to a fellow paintballer.
November 16, 2004
Added a conversion for turning a Spyder into an Intimidator. Nothing new really. But the articles out there are just not very good. So, I tried to do this article with pictures and more of an in depth explanation to this conversion. See it here dubed... The Spyda-Mator! I will be adding a few more items and updating it. But the bulk of the article is there.
Nothing else added. Sorry gang. Personal life has gotten alittle hectic lately and has limited my expansion of the site. Not to mention funding is short to throw at more articles. Oh well. Do check back for more updates. And thank you for your support.
September 11, 2004
Just alittle something quick added. The Raven Primal Articles articles are now up for your enjoyment!
September 8, 2004
Well, almost an entire month has past. I wish to extend a BIG thank to you contributors to the site. It is much appreciated. If you wish to contribute to help continue and expand the site, you can do so with a Paypal account. Use this link to contribute.
For those wanting to know how the new upgrade chip for the T-Board is, here is what I have to say about it... T-Board Ugrade Chip. In short, it is a vast improvement to the first generation chips.
I have also added a new article to the site. This is geared to those that wish to install your electronic eyes that comes with the T-Board, IS-Board, and XSF Board. Here is the article.
The funding for the Spymadator is very sparse right now. Until I can find more funds and time, this will have to wait. So far, i have all of the internals for the body and the LPR/VA. All this in a Fenix. If some testing goes well, I may not need to get the clam shell. But we shall see. Until then, needing to put this project on hold.
Since picking my brain is usually free (except for time), I will finish some unfinished articles that are information based.
September 8, 2004
Good day all. A few additions to the site. First off, I changed web hosts. The last host was fine. But had a few bugs from time to time and shut me down. During the transfer, I lost some of the pics in some of the articles. I am working on the recovery of it.
I added a review of the XSF board. You can read about it here. The pics are not showing. Or are wrong. Must be something to do with switching to the new server. Should have this fixed shortly.
I did a super quick review of the newly released Primal. You can read the review here and see some pics of it here. I originally was not going to do a review. But the fans asked for it. So there it is. I will be adding a maintenance page for it in the near future.
I am still getting parts for the Spymadator. This is for a second one. The first one I did for somebody and did not have a digital camera. This one, I should get pics of it for a how-to article.
August 16, 2004
Well, I like to thank you all for your wonderful emails of support while my website was taken off line. It is now up and all running. if there is something not looking right, please email me so that I can get it correted. Thank you all again for your support.
I really do not have much to say as far as an addition to the site except for the following...
I am presently writing up an article for the XSF board.
I have gotten many wish/suggestions for making a step by step article on converting a Spyder into an Intimidator. Though this is not an original idea for the Spyder community, I have yet to find any comprehensive article on this. Since there is much interest, I will proceed with this article.
I am still working on the eye installation for the T-Board. I am in need of a vertical feed body that I will be mounting the eyes to for the breakbeam hardware.
March 17, 2004
Here is a small addition to the site. Custom AutoCocker Pt. 2. Wanted to get this up on the site since many were asking. I have more pics to add. Mainly with what I did with the pneumatics.
March 12, 2004
Ooops! A month passes... and finally an update. Sorry gang. Personal life pops up.
Added another mod to the Trigger Modification article for those that do not want to drill and tap.
Evidently, there was an error in my How a Spyder Works page. Actually, not an error. The animation was not coming up. I am working on a flash animation for this.
I also updated the Personal Markers page with what I have currently. I will be weeding this collection out. I am a rec-baller that doesn't play as much as I used to.
Update to the Barrel Chart. However, I have not been able to make it into a PDF version... yet. I hope to this weekend.
Things to expect down the road... Additional information on building an AutoCocker from scratch, review of the T-Board, a review of the IS Board, getting a sponsor, getting a team together, and other fun stuff.
February 12, 2004
WOW! Has it been that long since an update! Sorry gang. Hope to make this up to you in the coming few weeks with new articles. Lot's of personal stuff went on that needed attention.
I have recieved several requests for a printable version of the paint and barrel chart. Well, I wanted to release an updated paint chart for you all. It is accessable through my Paintball Size Chart. A similar barrel chart is soon to follow. Just adding a few new barrels.
For those that have emailed me and may not have gotten a response, my appologies. I do make an attempt to reply to any and ALL emails. I have experienced some replies getting bounced back for some reason. I am not sure how I can get around this.
Currently, I will be finishing the printable updated version of the barrel chart. I expect that to be finished this weekend. I will also be adding an article for getting sponsored about the same time. As for what is next in the article que, I cannot say for sure right now as I do not know myself. Keep checking for updates. And thank you all for your support and encouraging email.
November 19, 2003
I have been hard at work getting a few pages corrected. Just a few pics and broken links. Thanks to those that found them and contacted me.
For you EM1 fans, I made some headway. Added an Disassemble and Assembly article with pics. Also added dimensions to the o-ring chart in the upkeep section for the Emmie.
You AutoCocker owners were not left out either on this update. Added pics to the AutoCocker section. Both in the timing and building articles. Oh yeah, I think I forgot to mention that I added articles about the AutoCocker. Here are the links... Building from scratch, timing how-to, and AutoCocker Troubleshooting. I had been given encouragement to write these articles from my personal viewpoint. Enjoy!
No major hitches to changing servers. It has taken me since the 1st to access the OtterSCCustoms.com email account. I can now access it.
I will be trying to get some unfinished articles finished next. Those include expanding on tactics and getting sponsors.
November 5, 2003
Hey all. No, I am not dead. Personal life took presidence over the last few months. So the pages had to be placed on hold.
I changed host servers. Nothing major changed in the form of page layout. At least not yet. This host should be cheaper for me. Thanks to all that have supported the site and to continue it.
Since the switch over to the new server, I have noticed some pics being corrupted. I believe i have found those files and replaced them from my backup on my home computer. If there is a pic that I may have missed, do email me and let me know what page.
You have seen Spyders converted to closed bolt operation. How about a Pirahna?
I am also happy to say that my site is viewed by many from around the world. One player has asked if he could convert some of the pages to his native tounge. So, here is Barrels - FAQ in Ukraine
Lots of articles on the way. Many have been started. But time to finish is hard to come by. Will also be adding pics to existing articles.
Once again, I like to extend a big thank you to all those that contributed in some way to keeping the OtterSCCustoms.com going. Thank you!
May 15, 2003
BOO!! Yes, only one day has passed, and I am already updating the site. Nothing much.
I read through and updated some items in Low Pressure - FAQ. Corrected some of my bad English. Some confusing points about LP should now be understandable.
I receive emails from many saying thanks for the info to my site. Here are a few of them that are well worth sharing... here.
Another plan for the site is to add more info for playing stock class as it is my other favorite thing I enjoy doing in paintball. Just some tips and tricks that I have learned.
May 14, 2003
Good day to all. It may be a sad day for some. But I have decided to close up shop. I will have a limited number of items that I will be selling. KAPP, CCI, Titanium Paintball, and Lapco will be the few items that I will keep dealer accounts. So, if there is something from these companies that you are interested in, let me know and i will send you a quote. I know I have some of the best prices for the Phantom.
I had originally started an E-store to fund the website that many have grown to love and find useful for the sport. Since the e-store has been removed from my site, I have opted for donations to supporting the site. It is up to you how much you would like to donate. All funds received will go towards the funding of this site. See the front page of this site for more details.
I have been getting more and more emails from Tippmann users. No, not bashing my site for supporting Spyders. Rather, questions asking if there were any sites, like mine geared towards Spyders, for there markers. Currently, none that I am aware of. At least, not right now. :) Since this site is really for the new person getting into paintball, why not add some articles on the Tippmann. Since both the Tippmann and Kingman offer entry level markers, why not do a FAQ for both.
Still working on the links for the barrels. Remember, if there is a barrel or paint that you do not see on my list, do e-mail me so that I can keep the charts current. Thanks to all that have helped.
I am sure some of you have seen the small section in the Spyder Pages about three SpyderCockers. So far, this section is donated info from others. And, I think I will open it up to that. If you have done a SpyderCocker modification, or in the process of doing that, let me know. Take pictures and your step-by-step procedure on how you did it. I very well may add it to this section.
A new consolidated Spyder Chat room has been created for members from the SpyderZone, Spyder Enthusiest of America, and SpyderClub along with visitors to my site. Do visit the Chat Room.
I guess that is about it for now. Until the next update...
May 1, 2003
I updated the paintball chart. A few new paints have been added. Plus, links to the manufacturer. Will be updating the barrel chart soon.
What else can you expect on OtterSCCustoms.com? Well, how about air assist, pictures to making the anit-siphon tube, and intelifeed how-to for the Boo-Yaah/Mako frame.
I do not have as much time as I used to lately. If you have a really unique home built upgrade that you wish to share with your fellow Spyder owners, send it my way. I may consider it as an addition to the Spyder Pages. Send an email outlining what the modification is and what is involved doing it. If I think it is something great for others, then I may ask for step-by-step instructions and possibly pictures. I will worry about the HTML.
On another note, I am afraid that I will be closing up shop. When I first started, I had a large following of ones wanting modifications done. To try and keep my prices low, I spent alot of time and money getting dealer accounts. However, shortly after getting it started, interest dropped off. Not only that, but those that ordered items never followed through. I will keep these pages up as long as I can. I do thank you all that I have done business with and hope that all those that had there markers Otter-ized are still kickin' butt!!!
Through many emails, I placed a picture of the Spyder 2-in-1 in Project - LP in it's final stage. I am looking to test another product. The Check It 15* Assault Block. I had two of these come through my shop and had a chance to examine it. It looks very promising. Close to being identical to the 32degree VA, but with an angle and built in gauge port.
April 24, 2003
Suprise! Here is a few points to consider when choosing the right marker. Just an article that I found that was hiding in my computer. Did not realize that I had finished it.
March 24, 2003
A very, very long time since I have updated anything on this site. Dont't worry, still adding stuff. Personal life takes presidence over hobbies. Just a part of life. But, more articles on the way. Such as more games, Picking the right marker, and updates to existing articles on the site. If there is something that you wish to see, please email me and I shall consider it.
As for what was updated, check out Project - LP. Added a common question that I get asked relating to the right spring combination. This is close to the bottom of the article.
December 17, 2002/dt>
I had added the Range and Accuracy article. I continually see (and probably will not see the end of it) emails and posts as to what is the best barrel for accuracy. This should help.
I am now thinking of otherways to expand the site. I have more articles in mind to write. I am also looking to adding more pictures to enhance the site. Visit often to see those changes.
December 15, 2002
I had updated the Project - LP. I had incorporated the new Maddman Rocket LP Valve and a modified titanium striker by DarkHorizons.
Made a quick and unofficial review of the new marker Electra DX.
I shall be updating the Project-LP. There seems to be some arguments from the makers of the Titanium striker and the Bandit bolts. As soon as these manufacturers reply, the article will be updated. Also, will be putting some stats up on number of shots per fill for certain psi.
I am also in the process of redoing the looks of "The Store". Mostly adding item numbers so as not to be confused with what products are wanted. The page about the Phantom is pretty much finished.
Do not have it shown, but I am a dealer for the Maddman Rocket valve. This gives the AKA LP valve a good run for the money. I sell the Rocket valve for $40.00. That includes shipping.
September 12, 2002
Added a few test results to the Project-LP. Tested items are the Bandit bolt, the Titanium Striker, NeoPower valve, and the Maddman Rocket Valve.
July 17, 2002
Just a few minor items. Mostly updated some broken links in the Links section.
Still working on the pictures for the Anti-Siphon Tube article to help you see what needs to be done.
Added some paintballs to the chart. TC Venom, Diablo Dusk, and a few others.
Also added the 32degree Whisper barrel. Added links to the various companies.
Now up, price list for Kingman/Raven products and CCI (Phantom).
For the next update, I hope to upload the prices that I can offer the public for paintball supplies. Psycho Ballistics and Tippmann to name a few that I have direct accounts with.
Added a slightly new look to the page. Hopefully it will be easier to navigate.
May 31, 2002
The article that you all have been waiting for. I have gotten dozens of emails asking when this was going to be finished. So, here is the rest of the story... Project - LP.
My next project is to add pictures to the Anti-Siphon Tube article to help you see what needs to be done.
I will also work on a chart depicting what markers has what on them to try and help you make the best purchase for your needs.
Also, good news to you all, I am now an official business here in Pennsylvania. I will be able to sell various things. From parts to markers.
April 16, 2002
Just some minor changes to the site. Made the shipping charges in better sight instead of hiding them in the bottom of the price list.
Added some interesting stats on where my page is being used. Did you know that my page has been converted to Greek? How about a field owner in Japan using my FAQ?
April 10, 2002
Wow! Time for another update to the site. I first would like to thank all that has e-mailed me praises and thanks for providing this information.
I added a price list of what I would charge for doing some modifications.
By request of two people, the Flatline barrel for Tippmans and the 32degrees Precision barrel have been added to the Barrel Bore Size Chart. Also, thanks to those that brought to my attention two paintballs on my paintball chart that were not listed. They are Kick'n Paintballs and Quake Paintballs. Also, made a correction to Nelson Anarchy Paintballs. They were changed from large to medium bore. Remember, you all can help me keep this paintball chart up to date. Simply e-mail me with the name of the paintball. If possible, get a size of it. If not, don't worry. I'll eventually get a hold of a few and do some measureing. Also, if you would like to see a specific barrel on the barrel chart, feel free to contact me.
Corrected again the Vertical Modification. There seemed to be a confusion as to drill the regulator of not. Hopefully it is more clear now.
Added a note to not sand or polish the AKA and Derlin bolts in Polishing Internals article.
Added a picture to show what an anti-siphon tube is to look like in the Anti-Siphon Tubearticle and added a picture on what the inside lip is to look like after sanding in the Stock Bolt Modification
Add a new FAQ. Basically some common questions answered. Common FAQ.
I added Air Setup Article. Best ways to have an air system on your marker. What is needed, what things do, and other tidbits.
Soon to come: Different games to play.
Sort of taking some time of from doing F.A.Q.'s and working on the LP Project article. If you want to see some kind of F.A.Q., please fee free to email me.
February 16, 2002
I added this "What's New" page.
Updated the Project - LP page. Not much. Waiting on some parts before I can continue.
January 1, 2002
This is about when I got thist site paid for and running. I had been on a free site hosting. But saw the need for this information site needed a dedicated server. So, here it is. I also like to thank you all that have emailed me and said that this site is a real big help for you. That was my intentions right from the start.
Quick note:
I hope that you find this information useful to your paintball experience. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Contact page.
