I am also pleased to report that my site has been referenced by user groups in Norway, England, Japan, Germany, and Greece along with many others. Some articles have been translated into foreign languages like Ukraine. I am glad that my website is of benefit to paintballers from around the world. If you wish to use any of my articles, I only ask that you give proper credit to me as I have put a lot of time creating these webpages based on my experience. I have been playing paintball since 1985 and these articles are my personal experiences and opinions that I wish to share with my fellow players in the sport. I have also had several very nice emails from parents saying that my information had allowed them to make a smart decision on letting their child play paintball. Please, tell me (and others) where you live! Fan Map If you see the 'Updated' flasher above, it means that I recently added some new information. Click on the flashing icon or here to see what was recently added. Want to help me help the paintball community? You can help with this website... Save the OtterSC site!!! Back by popular demand!... Help the site with a Bubble!! Now, onto the good stuff... This section has a few different articles. This includes the public view point of paintball, parents and paintball, and what to expect as a new person. I have also included different games that you can play besides capture the flag. Lastly, a barrel bore chart and paint size chart that I am trying to keep updated with every new item that is introduced. I will do some boasting, this is the most comprehensive charts available on the net. To help me achieve this, do email me the barrel or paint that you do not see and I will add that to the chart with the right specifics. There are other F.A.Q. that may be of interest like choosing the best barrel, what type of air is best, how to fill air tanks, along with other items that is for general consideration related to paintball. Many of the articles found here are geared for the Spyder. But some of the tips and tricks can be used for other markers. Especially the stacked tube blow-back markers like the Rebel. I like to think of this web page as a one-stop FAQ for blowback markers. I am in no way associated with Kingman itself. Though, I am a moderator on there Public Forum. In this section of my website, I provide information about the Spyder such as best upgrades, troubleshooting, and general upkeep. If you are new to a Spyder or want general information about it, I encourage you to see the diagram on how the marker works and how the marker is disassembled. Also have a short FAQ article about the Spyder. Interested in Low Pressure? I provide two articles on this subject that may be of some interest to you. These articles are for ALL Spyders. Not just one specific kind of Spyder. I also have a section for those EM1 users. Also, as part of the Spyder Pages, I offer home mods that can improve the performance of your marker with very little money out of pocket. From mounting a gauge to installing a rear cocking rod. How about reducing the trigger pull? An article is there waiting for you. I will have to say that if you attempt these modifications, I am not responsible to any damages to or from that may occur. Here you all go! Another section on OC. This sections is dedicated to the Kingman Hammers. Yes, both the Hammer and Hammer II. Enjoy! Here are three articles that I did based on the AutoCocker. Timing, Troubleshooting, and a step by step how I built my own. If you are interested in an AutoCocker, look here. I try to dispell some of the myths that surround this marker. This link leads to several reviews that I have done. I reviewed the AGD Warp Feed, many e-frames for Spyders, and even e-boards with eyes for the Kingman frame. This is my personal chat room. Please, no spam and no foul launguage. Or you will be bunkered. Yeah! You have seen them for work. Well, how about paintball? Here are some sites that I like to visit from time to time or need to buy some hard to find part. Also, some links to information of various markers that i refer people to. If you have a site that you may like to see posted, feel free to email me the link. I will look it over and give it consideration. Here are most of the manufacturers websites. There are others that are not listed. If you have a manufacturer (no stores), feel free to email me the link. Here is some general stuff about me and the markers that I currently have. Nothing fancy. Just straight forward stuff. Pictures of my markers, my see a pic or two of me, info about me personally, and some projects that I have done. Like, a Spyder that transforms from a straight feed on an angle to a horizontal spring fed, holsterable Spyder. A must see. Tell me where you are. I have moved this to its own page to speed up loading of the site's front page. feel free to look to see where fellow Spyder users are! | |
